Message	As has been mentioned, these places are exempt from most water restrictions because they recycle their water. Just don't use their brush. On the flip side, the N.C. governor issued a statement a little while back about water conservation that included this little gem: A dirty car is a symbol of civic responsibility. If that's the case, I'm VERY responsible. But I can't stand it much longer; I'm gonna have to wash.
